Where we are
We are based in Harlow, CM19, and work across Essex, Hertfordshire and London. We are not a shop, so there is nothing to visit — we come to you.
What to tell us
It speeds things up considerably if you can say:
- Which town you are in
- Whether it is a home or a business
- What you are after — cameras, an alarm, access control, door entry, or a repair
- If it is a repair, what the system is and what it is doing
If you have an existing system and you know the make — Texecom, Pyronix, Paxton, Ajax or anything else — mention it. For Texecom and Pyronix in particular we may be able to look at it remotely before arranging a visit.
Frequently asked questions
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. We do take emergency call-outs outside those hours — call and we will tell you honestly whether we can get to you.
Do you charge to come and look?
Call and ask — it depends on the job and where you are, and we would rather tell you straight than put a blanket answer on a website.
