A straight answer about police response. An alarm that calls the police requires the installing company to be certified by NSI or SSAIB. We are not, so we do not offer it, and we would rather tell you that here than after you have paid. What we install is an audible system with app notifications — which is what the large majority of homes and small businesses actually run.

Which areas do you cover?
Harlow and the surrounding Essex and Hertfordshire towns as our core patch, and into north and east London. If you are unsure whether we reach you, call and ask — it is a quick answer.
Do you work on systems somebody else installed?
Yes, and a lot of our work is exactly that. We hold the Texecom and Pyronix cloud portals and are Paxton and Ajax registered, so we can usually take over an existing system rather than replace it.
How quickly can you get out?
We aim to get to call-outs the same day, and the intention is always to diagnose and fix on that visit rather than book a second one.
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry public liability insurance, and our workmanship is guaranteed for ten years.
