On compliance. Commercial CCTV carries data protection obligations — signage, retention, and being able to respond if somebody asks for footage of themselves. We will cover where you stand as part of the survey. We are not NSI or SSAIB certified, so we do not provide police-response monitoring; if your insurer specifically requires it, you need a certified company and we will tell you that up front.
