This website

The information on this site is provided in good faith and for general guidance. It describes the sort of work we do; it is not a quotation, and nothing on it forms a contract. Any quotation we give is specific to a property and follows a survey.

Quotations and work

Quotations are based on what was visible and accessible at the survey. Where something is discovered during installation that could not reasonably have been seen beforehand — hidden cabling, structural issues, asbestos — we will stop, tell you, and agree how to proceed before continuing.

Workmanship guarantee

Our installation workmanship is guaranteed for ten years from completion.

The guarantee covers our work. It does not cover manufacturer equipment failure, which is covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty; damage caused by others; alterations made by a third party; or failure caused by the system not being maintained.

Monitoring and police response

We install audible alarm systems with app notification. We are not NSI or SSAIB certified and we do not provide police-response monitoring or supply Unique Reference Numbers. Where police response is required, a certified installer is needed and we will say so.

Insurance

We carry public liability insurance. A copy of the certificate is available on request.

Liability

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
