How quickly can you get to Epping?
Ten to fifteen minutes from us. We aim to reach call-outs the same day and to fix the fault on that visit rather than booking a return.
Can you add doors to a system that is already installed?
Usually yes. If it is Paxton we can almost always extend it. If it is another manufacturer we will look at it first and tell you honestly whether extending or replacing is the better spend.
What happens if the power goes off?
It depends how the door is specified. Fail-safe locks release on power loss so people can get out; fail-secure locks stay locked. Fire escape routes have to be able to open, and we will design the doors around that.
