How quickly can you get to Essex?
Most of the county is inside an hour of our base in Harlow. We aim to reach call-outs the same day and to fix the fault on that visit rather than booking a return.
My alarm keeps going off for no reason. Can you fix it?
Usually. Persistent false alarms are almost always a detector in the wrong place, a fault on a specific zone, or a system set up for a property that has since changed. It is a fault to be found, not something to live with.
Do you work on alarms you did not install?
Yes. A good part of what we do is taking over systems from installers who have gone quiet, particularly Texecom and Pyronix.
